Project Details
Our OCTO team undertook the complete technical production of the event, from planning to final execution. One of the main challenges was to ensure that every detail contributed to the immersive experience of the guests, and this started from the access to the venue.
Upon arrival, guests were greeted by an elegant carpeted pathway, which guided them into the event. This pathway not only served a practical function, but was also part of the visual concept that tied the space together with the rest of the branding elements.
Inside, the main stage was designed to reflect the same aesthetic, with a perfectly laid carpet that integrated with the other visual components of the event. Every detail was designed to create a seamless and sophisticated experience.
Technology and Audiovisuals
In terms of the technology used, the event was equipped with a 6 x 3.5 metre LED screen, where different video content was projected, bringing dynamism and visual quality to the conference. We also installed an adequate PA system to cover the space efficiently, providing clear and accurate sound for all attendees.
Lighting was a crucial aspect to create the right atmosphere in the main hall. We opted for front lighting to highlight the stage, as well as perimeter LED lighting, which added a touch of colour and personality to the space.
